Always "Late delivery" after purchasing "available" articles

My order #341390 was placed on May 5 and it started to be processed on May 13, and now the status only shows "LATE DELIVERY", though initially it was available to purchase. I sent an e-mail yesterday but so far there is no reply.
The last time I ordered women's riding jacket, the order was placed, my credit card charged, then after several weeks of "Late delivery" status, finally they told that the product was not available.
With these experiences, I feel wasting my time and this EC site is not enough reliable.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, bought Alpinestars shoes. They were exactly as described and arrived very quickly. When I questioned something they had a quick response and positive. Will definitely support them in future. Stress free assessory shopping.

Refund partially

Paid 467 euros for my Clover Vest with transportation fees and blocked in custom border for tax ( over 400 euros additional to import fees ) so i refuse . The product rget back to Motostorm after almost 50 days after . I inform Motostorm from the day 1 . So all fees for retaining ( 50 days ) should not be paid. By client . THey refund only 297 euros instead 467 euros due to doomy associated fees and shipping costs from my refund. SO be careful to their REFUND POLICY ! I will not Recommand MOTOSTORM for overseas order.

Long expensive postage

Postage took long said 3 to 4 working days it’s now 10 days paid fast shipping still not come and Very expensive was not worth paying fast shipping it’s only option they had still no item

Terrible Terrible customer service
They offer a price match on the product page.
I sent through a request twice as I thought when I didn’t get a response after 4 days the first time that I had done something wrong so I sent another request.
Nearly one week later and still no reply
Why do they mislead and offer to price match when they don’t respond?
You would think with Covid19 going on all over the world that they would be grateful of people from other parts of the world wanting to spend money with them.
I can only imagine how poor the service would have been if I purchased the item on line
There is to many other reliable motorcycle accessories sellers online to deal with then Motostorm with there poor customer service and misleading website
Sorry Motostorm for giving you the opportunity to spend my money with you.
I cannot believe your response HOW MISLEADING
I sent you numerous emails asking have you received my email as the price match offer from the other retailer Black Friday 20% offer had 2 days to expire
I clearly explained that to you and said I didn’t want to miss there sale
You wrote back and said it was another section that handled the price matching.
Yes it is your choice wether or not you price match but you only had to reply and say you won’t match the price
So PLEASE don’t make out by your reply in this review that you did nothing wrong
Admit you don’t have good customer care as I previously stated I’m so grateful I didn’t buy something from you and had problem
Ps Read the other reviews about you there is a lot of comments on lack of communication and lack of care
